Sir Samuel Chapman (1859 – 29 April 1947) was a Scottish Unionist Party politician.
He unsuccessfully contested the Greenock constituency in 1918, but was elected as Member of Parliament for Edinburgh South at the 1922 general election and held the seat until he stepped down at the 1945 general election.
He was knighted in the New Year Honours list, 1920, for "valuable war work, especially in connection with the Perth and Perthsire Prisoners of war fund; Public and local services".
